Clarification of the position regarding the proposed appointment of administrators to Bell & Webster Concrete Limited (“Bell & Webster”).
Eleco has been informed that Bell & Webster filed a Notice of Intention to Appoint Administrators at Court on 20 December 2013 with the intention that John Alexander and John Dickinson of Carter Backer Winter LLP be appointed as Administrators of Bell & Webster in due course.
