Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our growing Customer Success team at Elecosoft.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them maximize the value of our software solutions, build long-term relationships, drive product adoption, and support customer retention. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them achieve their goals while working collaboratively with internal teams across Sales, Product, Support and Professional Services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer-facing background who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across our software portfolio
  • Conduct regular customer review meetings and engagement activities
  • Support customer adoption and usage of our software solutions
  • Help identify and mitigate potential churn risks
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives
  • Liaise with internal teams to help resolve customer challenges
  • Identify opportunities for growth and share them with the Sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity records within CRM systems
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience managing customer interactions and developing long-term client relationships
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Organised and proactive approach to managing workload and priorities
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at different levels within customer organisations
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Desirable:
  • Experience within a SaaS or software environment
  • Experience supporting customer renewals, retention or adoption initiatives
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer engagement tools
