We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Lead who can combine Product Ownership, Agile leadership and delivery coordination to help shape the future of our asset management software platform. Working closely with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams, you’ll own product priorities, drive Agile delivery and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

This is a hybrid role that combines Agile delivery leadership, Scrum facilitation and Product Ownership responsibilities. You’ll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Customer Success and key business stakeholders to ensure our software roadmap is clearly defined, prioritised and successfully delivered.

You’ll help shape product direction, maintain delivery momentum and ensure teams are focused on delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that provide real value to customers.

You’ll play a key role in defining product priorities, shaping roadmap decisions and ensuring development efforts remain aligned with customer and business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Agile Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Lead Agile delivery across the R&D team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate sprint scope, release planning, timelines and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Remove impediments, manage risks and maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, team performance and delivery effectiveness.
  • Provide clear visibility of progress, priorities and delivery status to stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration between Product Engineering and the wider business.
Product Ownership & Roadmap Management
  • Own and manage product and sprint backlogs, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Define and maintain Epics, Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse and refine requirements.
  • Lead backlog refinement, estimation and release planning activities.
  • Help define and communicate product vision, roadmap priorities and delivery goals.
  • Make informed prioritisation decisions by balancing customer value, technical requirements, risk reduction and commercial objectives.
  • Review completed work and ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Customer & Product Development
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Analyse customer feedback, enhancement requests and usage insights to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support and Implementation teams to improve customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Support product launches, release communications and customer-facing demonstrations where required.
  • Monitor product performance and success measures to ensure product investments deliver business value.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives and product enhancement opportunities.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, automation, analytics and predictive maintenance solutions.
What we're looking for

We’re interested in candidates who bring a combination of Agile delivery expertise, Product Ownership experience and a strong understanding of software development environments.

Essential skills and experience

  • Experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar role within a software development environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience leading Agile ceremonies and coordinating software delivery activities.
  • Proven Product Ownership experience, including backlog management and user story definition.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable development priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing sprint planning, estimation, release coordination and dependency management.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar Agile delivery tools.

Desirable

  • Agile certifications.
  • Project Management qualifications.
  • Knowledge or practical experience of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
  • Experience working within SaaS, enterprise software or asset management software environments.

Location

This is a UK-based role and can be performed from one of our UK offices or remotely, with occasional travel as required.
