Further to the Company’s announcement of 6 April 2010 titled “Board Changes” (RNS number: 7542J), Jonathan Edwards’ beneficial interest in the Company is 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing, in aggregate, approximately 0.08% of the Company’s issued share capital, and not nil as was stated in the announcement.
With the exception of this amendment, the rest of the announcement remains unchanged.
