Director’s shareholding
Eleco confirms that John Ketteley, Executive Chairman, informed the Company on 18 June 2012 he acquired 1,411,517 ordinary shares of Eleco at a price of 7.55 pence each and that his wife also acquired 177,745 ordinary shares of Eleco at a price of 7.55 pence on that date. On 18 June 2012 John Ketteley’s SIPP and his wife’s SIPP also sold respectively 1,411,527 ordinary shares of Eleco and 177,725 ordinary shares of Eleco at 7.55 p. Following these transactions, the ordinary shares of Eleco attributable to Mr Ketteley remain 7,423,255, representing 12.24 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
