The Company was notified on 17 November 2010 that, as a result of a transfer out of the Thomas Ketteley Trust of 176,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) on 13 April 2010 for nil consideration, Mr. J H B Ketteley, Executive Chairman of Eleco and a trustee of the Thomas Ketteley Trust, is now interested in 7,423,255 Ordinary Shares representing 12.24% of the Company’s total voting rights.
