Eleco announces that Mr. J H B Ketteley, Chairman of the Company, today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 23 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Ketteley is interested in 7,599,255 Ordinary Shares representing 12.53% of the Company’s total voting rights.
