Publication of 2020 Annual Report and Accounts
The Board of Eleco Plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, announces that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2020 will be held at 66 Clifton Street, London, England, EC2A 4HB on Thursday 6th May 2021 at 12:00 noon with facilities to attend electronically.
Further to the stay at home measures that affected the 2020 AGM, our current expectation is that restrictions on public gatherings will remain in place on the date of the 2021 AGM and the Board has, therefore, taken the decision to ask shareholders not to attend the meeting’s physical venue this year.
Instead, recognising the importance of the AGM as an opportunity to engage with our shareholders, there will be provision for shareholders to attend and participate in the meeting electronically, should they wish to do so. Information on how shareholders can access the meeting is contained in the Cover Letter which is accompanying the Notice of AGM.
Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted today to those Shareholders who requested to receive them. The form of proxy will also be posted to all Shareholders today.
A digital copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be available for download from the Eleco plc website at www.eleco.com.
